全膜法水处理技术在电厂中的应用

Abstract:

The stable and qualified boiler make-up water quality is very important to the production process in power plants. The application of integrated membrane water treatment technology(IMT) to the boiler make-up water treatment system in a power plant is introduced. The characteristics of IMT, operation ways, control parameter and matters needing attention during the system running are discussed in detail. The results of operation show that the IMT outlet water conductivity is less than 0.10 μS/cm, and silicon content less than 5 μg/L, meeting entirely the quality requirements of boiler make-up water in power plants.

摘要:

电厂生产过程中, 锅炉补给水水质稳定合格对机组的安全高效运行十分重要。介绍了全膜法水处理技术在某电厂锅炉补给水处理系统中应用, 详细讨论了全膜法水处理工艺特点、系统运行方式、控制参数和注意事项。运行结果表明:全膜法水处理工艺出水电导率<0.10μS/cm, 硅质量浓度<5μg/L, 完全能满足电厂锅炉补给水水质的要求。
